Comment: James was fantastic!: He did a great job walking me through the appointment coordination process. Since my diagnosis, I have been stressed and confused and James not only was able to schedule my appointment quickly but made it a seamless positive experience. At this point on my journey experiences like this mean the world to me given that most of my patient coordination with "traditional " providers have been cold and uncaring. My experience with James was not that at all. It feels good to know I have a sympathetic partner on this journey.
