Comment: I have a chronic immune disease and have had a lot of pain and exacerbating symptoms over the years. With all the frustration, I was scrambling for places to find care for my situation. I came across James and he empathetically heard out my situation and made recommendations on the clinic/provider that he thought would be a good fit. He also walked me through scheduling and financing considerations. He was in touch with me through the whole process. I just had my first appointment and feel hopeful that I am on the right path. Comment: Finding James Roberts was the missing piece for helping me in my search. I’ve been fighting metastatic bc for 3 1/2years with conventional medicine. My scans were not showing much improvement and my body was getting weaker. I started researching other avenues that could help me rebalance my immune system while fighting this disease. I found James through a friend and he was a Godsend for me! James helped guide me through the overwhelming amount of information and places that are out there. He listened to my concerns and helped me find treatment center that fit what all I had been looking for.. I’m so thankful for James and his service. Comment: James Roberts as Patient Care Coordinator has been an absolute godsend. My health has been on a downward spiral for over a year. It's been months to get appts to see a neurosurgeon & immunologist at Stanford Hospitals, CA, to get diagnosed & on a regiment of medications to help manage my RA affecting every joint in my body & neuropathy in legs & feet. James responded to my phone message within an hour, & within a few minutes of conversation about my health issues, he says "Can you be here next week?" I was speechless & in awe. He has so patiently answered my many questions, & has been extremely helpful in detailing all that will be necessary when I arrive for treatments. His assistance in coordinating this whole process is amazing. God has opened that door & brought me to a place where I finally feel like there is HOPE for major healing in my ailing body. I can hardly wait to start these treatments.
